The Blosser Swiss Barn, like the house itself, was designed by Swiss architect John Daniel Walters. The Heartland Team designed renovation plans that maintained the original blueprint. However, radical measures were necessary to support the failing foundation level. The barn also took on an elevator tower addition to allow for commercial goals and ADA access for all guests alike. The barn event hall now has a capacity of 300 with additional space for offices, retail and a catering kitchen.
